The core of iTenol’s daily activity is monitoring, maintaining and managing our clients computer, servers and network. For our other clients that have not yet realized the benefit of managed IT services, we still offer and provide Break Fix services.

Our Break Fix services involve logging a detailed trouble ticket via our web based helpdesk, followed by dispatching a qualified, trained and courteous technician to an end user’s location to investigate and solve the problem’s. iTenol will do exactly that about 80,000 times during the course of this year on behalf of our clients.
